The Able Sable was campaigned all over Australia without fear or favour. He gained Excellent Medallions at both the National German Shepherd Dog Show and The Main Breed Show as well as on the local scene.

He was the son of the Dual Sieger and Gold Medallist CH:Prima Zorba and the Excellent Select Vinberg Chant Melba.

He was Reserve State Sieger in 1994.

Abel had numerous Breed Surveyed progeny. Abel passed on his wonderful character, super colour and his love of working. He retired to in Bridgetown, only visiting the “Big Smoke” for the Veteran’s Parade at the 2000 West Coast Challenge and a little bit of loving from Vinka.

2004 saw us farewell our darling Abel Sable – he gently went to sleep at his most beloved place – The Farm in Bridgetown – there he will continue to oversee the beautiful landscape surrounded by fragrant roses. Rest Well Abel – you deserve it and you did us proud.
